Activity - Investigating Oil Pollution
- Students explore interactive applications to find out about the consequences of oil slicks and methods that are used to clean them up. Students then investigate the action of detergent solution on oil by adding drops of detergent solution to oil floating in a beaker of water. Students then explore interactve applications to explore some oil slick scenarios to see what methods are best used to deal with each slick.
