On Screen Manual will not run

OSM will not run (Has been running previously, workstation may have just been reinstalled)

• Check student launcher to see if loaded
• Check OSM runs
• Check correct template ie US/UK is loaded
• Check template version ie 51.10/2 under Module Management against CD
• Check Management Station under Class Settings, Extended Options that OSM is set to run rather than paper based.
