ST240 Robot not responding

Check if the Robot is not responding to either the PC or the hand held controller.

If not responding to either, is the red LED light on?

• If no:
  There may be a problem with the power supply. If possible, check this by using another lead.
  Try unplugging the power pack for 15 mins.
• If yes:
  Does it go to the normal ’start’ position?
  If yes: - it could be a communication fault (Robotek software) - try reinstalling the software.
  If no: - refer to the Robotek Servo Saver sheet (MK486).

If not responding to the PC, but OK with the hand held controller, check the lead to the computer and connections.
Try re-installing the Robotek software.
