Training Success in Malaysia
ADTEC Melaka is a Centre of Excellence for Automotive Training in Malaysia and utilises the most recent technologies and resources to train Automotive Instructors and students from across the region. A range of highly interactive resources has been installed in the Centre by UK-based educational technologies supplier, LJ Create and Darultek Instrument Sdn Bhd, their agent in Malaysia.
These resources are also being installed in numerous educational institutes across Malaysia, and students will benefit from, not just highly-interactive resources, but instructors that are fully conversant with the learning materials and understand how to help the students gain success from the technologies available.
LJ Create and Darultek recently worked with the Centre to offer Instructors from various ILPs (Industrial Training Institutes) a week of training on "Blended Learning approaches to teaching Automotive Technology" using the range of LJ Create resources in the Centre, which encompass Instructor-led presentations, Student-centered self-paced lesson materials, interactive simulations and workshop activities.
The training event was opened by Director General, Mr Romli, with over 15 delegates attending from training establishments across Malaysia. LJ Create educational specialists took the delegates through a week of interactive and engaging training; with an emphasis on them working as a student gaining a grade at the end of the week for their overall achievement.
All the delegates worked extremely hard achieving an average grade of 75% and 3 delegates scoring over 90%.
The training was a fantastic success and the Instructors were all looking forward to putting their knowledge in to practice with their own students.
