Why does my SRS remote get stuck on 'FIND NET'?
When a ClassAct SRS remote is first switched on it attempts to connect to the RF Host base station. Providing that the SRS 'Start Lesson' or Admin 'Configuration' window is showing and the correct Session ID is programmed into the remote, this should only take a few seconds.
(Refer to the built-in help or User Manual for instructions on setting up the Session ID).
Symptoms
A change to the firmware within the Qwizdom RF Host base may result in a 'FIND NET' message getting stuck on some remotes during the connection process. These symptoms have only been observed on RF Hosts from batch LOT# 01 000 008.

Workaround
To work round the issue you should switch SRS to use the 'Auto Logon mode'. This setting is on the 'Start Lesson' dialog. Press F1 while this dialog is displayed for more information on 'Auto Logon Mode'.
