Why are the indicator lights gray, not colored?
This problem can be caused by some graphic cards.

Right click my computer icon / left click properties from drop down menu / left click on performance tab /
left click on graphics button / slide hardware acceleration to none / click ok etc... restart PC - In WIndows 2000 / XP
Right click on the desktop / left click on properties. Choose Settings / Advanced / Troubleshooting. Slide hardware acceleration to none / click ok etc... restart PC
