ClassAct SRS Adhoc Instant Questions

How do I produce an Adhoc/Instant question during a lesson and then display the results?

This can be found in the chapter 'Controlling a Lesson' in the Teachers user guide in SRS help, or ....

To set an Instant Question you must use your Teacher Remote as follows:

1. Press the ‘?’ key on the teacher remote. 
   
2. Now enter the correct answer for the question you are about to pose. 
   
3.  Warn your students that you will now be asking them an additional question. 
   
4.  Press the ‘Send’ key on your remote. The display will change to indicate to the students that they are answering an extra question. 
   
5. Ask your students the Instant Question and watch the status bar as they respond. To indicate that this is a special type of question, the remote indicators will
   change to a yellow icon when the corresponding student has responded. 
   
6. You can call up the Graphs to view the results of the question. 
   
7.  Press the ‘>’ key to return to the current slide of your original presentation.
