Error running Voice Assist

An error will occur when running Voice Assist, the application will  then shut down.

For Voice Assist 2.0 the error is: (Error Code: <7>)

For Voice Assist 2.1: (Error: The sound card is in use by another application, close the other application before using the software.)

By undertaking the following steps the problem will resolve itself:

1. Update Sound Card software to latest version
2. Update the Chipset software to latest version
3. Update and Flash the BIOS
4. Clear the CMOS settings
