I receive a 'C:\ProgramData…… Access is denied' error while installing eContent modules or SRS on Windows Vista.

While installing Learning Content or Instructor Resources from an eContent module installation CD, you may see a "C:\ProgramData is not accessible, Access is denied" error box. You can safely ignore this error and click the OK button to continue with the install. You will only see this error when installing the first eContent module.

This error may also occur during SRS installation if you choose to change the location where presentations are installed. Again, you can safely ignore the error.

Cause:
This error is caused by differences in the way Windows Vista addresses the ’Shared Documents’ area (now called Public Documents).
